Even when we have mastered the first 8 Steps, it difficult to be mindless and thoughts keep coming back to disturb us. The next step helps us deal with this and restore our equanimity. We do this by finding the fellowship of other practitioners of mindlessness who will support us. “But where do I find such people?” you may ask. You may be surprised to learn that every high street in every town in this country has at least one place in which mindless people can meet and find support.
