Now we are ready to learn some simple techniques to help us stop thinking. But where do we start? We must first learn to breathe.

Slowly breathe in for the count of 7. Slowly breathe out for the count of 11. Repeat this for three minutes or so. Tricky, eh? Whoever said “it’s as easy as breathing”? If you find it difficult, follow these step by step instructions.

After only two weeks of doing this each day for only 5 minutes, you’ll soon find that you can breathe WITHOUT THINKING! Amazing isn’t it?
