When you’ve mastered Step 5 try watching a show without noticing the characters, following the plot or becoming engrossed in the action. Shows featuring celebrity chefs, house makeovers and the convoluted sex lives of working class people are ideal: these will stop you thinking about those things which worried our primitive ancestors like food and drink, shelter and love. All of the shows found HERE are suitable.

Soon, you’ll be able to watch your TV or screen all day without thinking about anything at all.
